via email at service@eastbaycatering.com. Please
include your order number and name. All sales are final unless
order problems/issues are confirmed with our partners or otherwise
determined by EastBayCatering.com, at its sole discretion, to
be actionable. In such cases, EastBayCatering.com will issue credit
for use on future orders through the EastBayCatering.com website.
All order problem/issue inquiries must be received within 24 hours
of the delivery date listed on your order confirmation email.
No cash refunds will be issued by EastBayCatering.com.
